Power's out. The rolling ball of noise has turned in for the night, temporarily, I suspect. Each son is armed with a flashlight, and they'll be anxious to really use them. The eye of Frances is just over the coastline now, and it should be getting quiet soon as the eye passes over the fortress. That's always an exciting time during a hurricane. We like to walk outside and look around while we're in the eye.

Thanks again for the update, and "Happy B-Day TGOO!"
From friends relocated to CT ... thanks for letting us know what's going on. We have been watching CNN and the Weather Channel continously. Friend CJ's husband is at the Palm Beach Lakes Marriott on business for P&W. He called rporting his hotel window blew in at 9 p.m. Moved to center of hotel with other guests. CJ's sister and family in Stuart reported neighbor's house roof blew off, Stuart school roof blew off and Stuart Holiday Inn's roof blew off - all within similar timeframe. Know that even tho' we are in CT, we are thinking of you. Know too that the return of power and drinking water are your biggest concerns. DK in Manchester is watching these postings - Love to all the men including the 3 Munchkins.
BTW,I meant KNOW that return of power and water are YOUR biggest concerns - LY - DK
