Recently have been told I look like Mary Ann from Gilligan's Island. I hadn't heard that in years, but that is a good place to start as to what I look like, although she had a better bod. I have three boys and have been married for 13 years. Born of a Navy family, in Hawaii, one Mom, one Dad, one sister and one brother. The eldest of three children. BS in Applied Mathematics. Consider Pensacola my home town although I moved every 2-3 years of my life growing up. Currently work in the aerospace industry in an engineering position while being a Mom. Of Celtic heritage and very proud of it.

Carnival of the Recipes is Up!

Dave at The Glittering Eye has been kind enough to Host this week's Carnival of the Recipes. He has it up and you can see it HERE.

Once again, there is some great looking yummy stuff. From simple to complex. It makes me drool.

Dean's World has authentic Texas Chili. It's got all the fat you could want! Made my gall bladder start to ache just reading it... of course I was drooling and I will have to try it.

I've been waiting for Jack of Random Fate to submit his Beef Stroganoff. I already have it copied into a Word document in my recipe's file.

And those who know me know I can't pass up the Dropped Chocolate Pie by Fresh as a Daisy. I have a chocolate addiction problem that may need to be addressed one day!

Take a look. There are marvelous chicken dishes, pork tenderloins and Tammi and BeeBee both have quick recipes that I'm going to have to try. I love yummy and quick!
