Recently have been told I look like Mary Ann from Gilligan's Island. I hadn't heard that in years, but that is a good place to start as to what I look like, although she had a better bod. I have three boys and have been married for 13 years. Born of a Navy family, in Hawaii, one Mom, one Dad, one sister and one brother. The eldest of three children. BS in Applied Mathematics. Consider Pensacola my home town although I moved every 2-3 years of my life growing up. Currently work in the aerospace industry in an engineering position while being a Mom. Of Celtic heritage and very proud of it.

Who Me???

It's not every day that you have the honor of appearing in someone's writing. That happened to me twice this week and I'm still stunned. I became fictional characters and I could not quit laughing. It completely cracked me up!

First, Blog Bro Alex, of Alex in Wonderland, put me in one of his Evil Glen stories, where I was collecting fish. It was a two part series. Part I is HERE and Part II is HERE. Alex and Blog Sis Sally are terribly funny writers. Must've inherited it from their Blog Father Harvey! Seriously, they make me laugh out loud every time they post, from Sally's Gastroporn to Alex's take on things. They both have that creative knack I lack. I can only write what I perceive. They can make stuff up and write what goes on around them. Anyway, I'm rambling and gushing over them, but it was just very funny, gave me a jolt, and made me smile.

Imagine my surprise when I ended up in a story by J at Quibbles and Bits. I knew to expect it, kind of. See, J is a new father and there was this blog baby pool to guess date, size etc, and I guessed the length correctly. Dana got the whole enchilada, which means he would write a story for her. She requested A Tale of a Pretty Pretty Princess and the other runners up and I got to be ladies in waiting. Today Harvey posts that the story is finished, so I mozy on over, totally forgetting I was a runner up, and there is my name again. And the best part is... he gave me 'burgeoning breasts'. Actually it's 'burgeoning breasts of Boudicca'. LOL!

I have been meaning to add J to my blogroll as I love his posts on his baby daughter. I just like his stuff. So today, he is on my blogroll and to J, if you see this, thank you for making me laugh.

It is pretty cool, isn't it? I loved both of those stories!

You'll be in many more... I'd almost guarantee it!
