Recently have been told I look like Mary Ann from Gilligan's Island. I hadn't heard that in years, but that is a good place to start as to what I look like, although she had a better bod. I have three boys and have been married for 13 years. Born of a Navy family, in Hawaii, one Mom, one Dad, one sister and one brother. The eldest of three children. BS in Applied Mathematics. Consider Pensacola my home town although I moved every 2-3 years of my life growing up. Currently work in the aerospace industry in an engineering position while being a Mom. Of Celtic heritage and very proud of it.

It's the Little Things in Life...

Ahhhhhh… for dinner tonight, all I want are Fritos and Pimiento cheese. And the Pimiento Cheese MUST be made from Hellmann’s mayonnaise.

It sorta sounds like something you would "discover" or "create" while having the munchies and being desperate for food.

I'm with Ananthematized. This sounds like a recipe from "The Starving College Student's Refrigerator Cookbook" :-)

The problem is... y'all are not Southern or do not have a Southern parent. Pimiento Cheese is a Southern Delicacy. Sad sad state of affairs for you all to have never had this wonderful sandwich. Now, I realize, I must blog on the attributes of the Great Pimiento Cheese. Sigh. (Shaking my head.)

And yes, TGOO, I must now explain why it is better with a couple drops of blood! :)
