Recently have been told I look like Mary Ann from Gilligan's Island. I hadn't heard that in years, but that is a good place to start as to what I look like, although she had a better bod. I have three boys and have been married for 13 years. Born of a Navy family, in Hawaii, one Mom, one Dad, one sister and one brother. The eldest of three children. BS in Applied Mathematics. Consider Pensacola my home town although I moved every 2-3 years of my life growing up. Currently work in the aerospace industry in an engineering position while being a Mom. Of Celtic heritage and very proud of it.

What Day is It?

Ack! It's Wednesday. That means tomorrow is Thursday... which is the deadline for Carnival of the Recipes! Midnight EST to be exact. Our host this week is the brain and beauty behind the Carnival, our own Beth from She Who Will Be Obeyed.

Let me reiterate... YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A BLOGGER! If you have something you want to enter, blogger or not, just throw an e-mail to recipe.carnival (at) gmail (dot) com. If you're not a blogger, Beth will post your recipe. If you are, make sure you provide the link so she knows how to link you!

Note to Bou.

None of us actually "make" haggis. Although I do have three recipes I want to try out, I wouldn't pass them along until I had indeed tried them.

I am a cook, a good one evn if you ask around, but I don't write recipes down for anything I cook. I measure by handfuls, and pinches. Sometimes it's amazing how consistent some thing I make are.
